She is the founding partner of Open Sky Formazione , where she designs, manages and coordinates skills development projects through an integrated methodology of individual and group consultancy. She got a degree in Sociology, specialized in Company Communication, a European Master in Counseling and Relational Facilitator from ASPIC in Rome. She has also got a degree as “Normodinamica” teacher from SIND in Rome. Since 1991 she has been working in the field of Human Resources Development focused on corporate coaching through individual and team training.

Graduated in Letters and Philosophy with a specialization in Semiotic. He worked for years as Creative Director and Strategist for many important international advertising agencies . Over the last years he developed integrated communication projects for customers of a big Italian media player. As a free-lance Creative and Strategic Consultant, he is in charge of Communication for Opensky projects.

Graduated in Educational Science, he has focused his own professional research on “lifelong learning” processes, as well as upon the evolutionary power of relational dimension and on the management of the lack of progress of individuals within the group they belong to. As a psyco-paedagogist, specialized in the systemic-relational approach, he manages the school of «Normodinamica» Periagogè where he carries out his clinical, educational and training profession. For Open Sky he deals with role management, the evolutionary potential of crises into the stages of change and the relational dynamics of the working groups. He is also responsible for Leadership development projects, Management of Complexity and Conflicts.

He has always been committed to the integration between health and psychological sciences based on a holistic view of the person and the treatment. As a trusted, patient focused and experienced doctor, rheumatologist and ozone therapist, senior counselor, teacher, trainer and Healthcare consultant, he leads groups of growth and empowerment combining Gestalt methods with Carl Rogers’s person-centered approach.

Psychologist, psychotherapist with a clinical specialization in human systems and a master degree in Ericksonian clinical hypnosis. Former professor at the University of Chieti, he is presently working in corporate coaching using an experiential method both in classroom and in-the-nature outdoors courses. His main fields of action are: effective communication, assertiveness, systemic thinking, conflict management, creativity, leadership development, self-confidence and flexibility enhancement, team building. He has been practicing for many years free climbing, hiking, scuba diving, apnea, yoga, Zen meditation.

Graduated in Humanities and in Psychology, she has been certified in “Normodinamica” from S.I.N.D. in Rome, of which she is president. As teacher trainer, she got a systemic-relational consultancy certification from A.P.R.T.F. in Paris. For over 20 years she has been dealing with the analysis of relational group processes , with a constant focus on the belonging-differentiation aspect and the relation between relational styles and the deepest dynamics of personality structuring. She works with Opensky as Supervisor of individual and group coaching paths, aiming at observing the development processes and assuring the whole group a permanent training.

Graduated in Political Science with Economic specialization, he is an expert communication consultant and trainer. After working as Creative Director and Brand Strategist for big advertising agencies, he taught communication and gave lectures in schools and universities (Milan Politecnico). He is presently working as a corporate trainer especially focused on one-to-one or one-to-many effective communication. He is a certified AICP (Italian Association of Professional Coaches) Business and Life Coach. He also obtained a 2nd level certification in Strategic Coaching from Centro Studi Giorgio Nardone, as well as in the professional coaching program from Incoaching Panniti Rossi School and in the Technician PNL level from Meta Milan.

Graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome with a master’s degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology. Currently Director of AP, Accademia popolare dell’Antimafia e dei diritti, (The people’s Antimafia andHuman Rights Academy) where he’s also leading training programs at all levels, from teenagers to teachers and educators, with regular classroom activities and Outdoor based experiential learning. Working as Outdoor Trainer, he leads training workshops and offers consultancy interventions. His specific areas of expertise include effective communication, conflict management, leadership development, emotional awareness and stress management techniques, to lead teams and individuals in their personal learning pathway, focusing on interpersonal skills, in order to ensure optimal performance.
